Our mission at Above Lash Beauty is to provide a friendly, personalized service through a highly skilled and creative professional. and we strive to exceed your expectations. we consider ourselves the best of the best—from our training and application to our products and process. Each lash is applied with careful attention to detail, hand-placing each lash to bring your custom design to life. Whether you choose our classic eyelash extensions that add one extension per natural lash hair, our volume that adds an ultra-light fan of 2–6 lash extensions per natural lash, hybrid (a combo of classic and volume), or our mega volume extensions that serve up 7–20 of our lightest lashes per natural lash, our stylists are trained to deliver just the design you’re looking for, all personalized for you!

Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy

• At Above Lash Beauty, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time clients. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule and ensure timely service for all clients.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being marked as a “no-show.” Providing this notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to another client.

• Two “no-shows” will result in no further bookings unless the full cost of the missed service is paid before scheduling a new appointment. This ensures that our time is respected and that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients.

• By booking, you agree to these terms. Above Lash Beauty reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly in advance.
