Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy
• At Above Lash Beauty, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time clients. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule and ensure timely service for all clients.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being marked as a “no-show.” Providing this notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to another client.
• Two “no-shows” will result in no further bookings unless the full cost of the missed service is paid before scheduling a new appointment. This ensures that our time is respected and that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients.
